To assist individuals in changing their own lives, I follow the transformative coaching model. I believe each person has the power to lead their lives in the direction they choose.
When shifts in one’s beliefs occur internally, changes begin to radiate externally. Clients then have the power to choose to live with intention and put forth positive actions.
The coach and client co-create and design an environment of trust, respect, and safety; deepening the wisdom and bringing the client to the next step forward.
